  • CONSULTATIONA design consultant will discuss your ideas. Once they have understood your needs your consultant will create a concept drawing of your custom home and give you a personal tour of our display homes / current projects.
  • QUOTATIONMeet with your consultant to review and amend your design. A price will be determined taking into account all known site conditions and local council approval requirements.
  • CONTRACTA Design Estimating Agreement will be signed and a fee paid to develop full building drawings, specifications, and a standard HIA Building Contract.
  • APPROVALOnce all documents are signed and your building contract deposit paid, we will undertake the work required to secure the building approvals.
  • BUILDOn approval, work will commence at a mutually agreed, documented time with a completion date established, dependant on the number of work days, public holidays and weekend days applicable to the proposed build period.
  • COMPLETIONOn completion and handover of your new home a written 10 year structural warranty will be issued, along with keys and our 3 month maintenance schedule.
