Contact us and we will arrange a free, no obligation consultation conducted at our office or at your home.

A design consultant will discuss your ideas. Once they have understood your needs your consultant will create a concept drawing of your custom home and give you a personal tour of our display homes / current projects.

Meet with your consultant to review and amend your design. A price will be determined taking into account all known site conditions and local council approval requirements.

A Design Estimating Agreement will be signed and a fee paid to develop full building drawings, specifications, and a standard HIA Building Contract.

Once all documents are signed and your building contract deposit paid, we will undertake the work required to secure the building approvals.

On approval, work will commence at a mutually agreed, documented time with a completion date established, dependent on the number of work days, public holidays and weekend days applicable to the proposed build period.

On completion and handover of your new home a written 10 year structural warranty will be issued, along with keys and our 3 month maintenance schedule.
